LETTER OF INVITATION

Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation for the application of visa or leave from work to attend this conference may do so by contacting the secretariat of the conference at secretariat@acps2010.com. An invitation letter will be sent upon request only to the registered delegates. This letter does not in any way financially obligate the conference organizer. All expenses incurred in relation the conference are the sole responsibility of the delegates.

This will be a Formal Occasion with Dinner and Entertainment.
All Registered Delegates and Registered Accompanying Persons are invited to this Grand Occasion by Courtesy of the Organising Committee. It is advisable that they indicate their intention to attend the function so that seats will be reserved for them.

All the Council Members / Committee Members of the ASEAN Federation for Plastic Surgery and Asian Pacific Craniofacial Association are invited to come on stage for the Opening Ceremony of ACPS & APCA 2010 Congress. A Dignitary will be invited to Officiate the Ceremony.
   
 

CONGRESS DINNER

Dress Code: Smart Casual

This Congress Dinner, complimentary for registered delegates and registered accompanying persons, serves as a break-away from the Scientific Sessions and provides an opportunity for the participants to have a social evening in a relaxing environment. Entertainment programs will also be arranged. The Club’s dress code requires their guests to be smartly dressed, forbidding sleeveless shirts and slippers. Transport to the Congress Dinner from the Conference Hotel will be provided free of charge, subject to advance booking at the Registration Desk, not later than 12.00 noon on Thursday 15 July 2010.

CONGRESS TOUR
Date and Time: 1.00 pm Saturday 17 July 2010
Pick-up time: 1.00pm at Four Points By Sheraton (Venue Hotel)
Complimentary tour will be extended to Registered Delegates and Registered Accompanying Person. Prior Confirmation / Booking to the tour must be made at the Registration Desk, not later than 12.00 noon Thursday 15 July 2010 ( 48 hours beforehand ) . Vouches or Passes will be required, and only those who are registered will be allowed to go on the Complimentary Tour. Each Registered Participant will be eligible for ONE of the tours, subject to availability of places, on a first come first served basis. The planned Congress tours will include: i) City Tour ii) Orang Utan Tour iii) Cultural Village Tour.

AFPS GOLF TOURNAMENT
The will be a Golf Tournament among the ASEAN Nations of the AFPS (Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia). Each team will comprise of 4 Players and the best team will win the Challenge Trophy.
