Cancellation/ Refunds:- A cancellation fee of 50% of registration fee will be charged. There will be NO refunds after 1st July 2010. All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference.

Concurrent Masterclass Schedule:- Please note that Masterclasses No.3 and No.4 will be conducted concurrently.

All delegates are entitled to: admission to all scientific sessions and medical exhibition, lunch and coffee breaks, complimentary Congress Tour, congress banquet and congress materials.
Accompanying persons entitled to: Welcome reception, congress banquet and complimentary Congress Tour.
