The Malaysian Association of Plastic, Aesthetic & Craniomaxillofacial Surgeons (MAPACS) takes great pride and pleasure to host the 15th ASEAN Congress of Plastic Surgery (ACPS) and the 8th Asian Pacific Craniofacial Association Conference (APCA) in Malaysia. This is the third time we are hosting the ACPS and the first time for APCA.

We aim to have a great scientific conference with distinguished international speakers for the concurrent meetings, presenting you with an excellent opportunity to attend either or both of these meetings, with just one single registration. Plastic surgery has made tremendous progress over the years. The advancement in Plastic & Reconstructive surgery, Craniomaxillofacial surgery and Aesthetic practice will be featured at the meeting.

This conference will further enhance the fellowship and collaboration among our ASEAN and Asian Pacific members. It will enable us to exchange ideas, renew friendships and meet new colleagues. Towards this end, we will all gather under the same roof for the scientific sessions and related activities, and socialize freely during the break times, banquet dinner and complimentary congress tour.

The Conference will be held in Kuching, on the beautiful Borneo island, in July 2010 immediately following the Rainforest World Music Festival. Sarawak has much to offer with many tourist attractions, such as the famous Niah Caves and Mulu Caves. It has many native tribes with diverse customs and rich heritage. The Sarawak Cultural Village, Orang Utan Sanctuary, Crocodile Farm, long-house and Bako National Park are all within easy access to Kuching, the capital of Sarawak. Our government sponsored Tourism Board and local representatives would only be too happy to assist you.
